is an enthralling paranormal wolf-shifter romance book that keeps readers on the edge of their seats from the first page. This series was my first paranormal read and holds a very special place in my heart. I started the series in 2014; where did the time go? The series gives a captivating world of shifters, intrigue, and scorching chemistry, leaving readers begging for more.
The story is about Taryn, a strong-willed and feisty woman who finds herself in an arrangement with Trey (one of my original book boyfriends). Trey is the intense, feral, and sexy Alpha of the Phoenix Pack–the two pretend to be mates. As an alpha herself, who cannot shift, Taryn has the luck that attracts danger and unwanted attention to her.
My Thoughts on the Book
As I have learned, the author’s writing style is engaging, and she weaves a well-structured story that finds a balance between action-packed scenes, heartfelt moments, and steamy sexy times. The chemistry between Taryn and Trey is electrifying, and their fiery banter adds depth to their relationship and keeps me wanting more of that razz. One of the strengths of Feral Sins
is the supporting characters, who are just as compelling as the main couple. The author’s world creation gives each pack member a different personality. Their interactions contribute to the overall enjoyment of the book.
Wright creates a vivid shifter universe with intriguing, supernatural elements and simmering conflicts between rival packs. I was left to eagerly wait to learn more about the rest of the pack members and more about Taryn and Trey in upcoming books. Check out my review of the=⇒Untamed Delights Book 8.
I love Trey’s Granny and have loved her in subsequent books even more. She is hilarious, and the banter between her and Taryn is funny as hell. She hates Taryn, or so she says, she is feisty, and Taryn is not afraid to argue with her. Granny, however, loves her boys—the members of the pack.
Final Thoughts
With its action-packed plot, unforgettable characters, and sizzle, Feral Sins is an exciting and steamy paranormal shifter romance. My favorite wolf shifters will leave you craving more of Suzanne Wright’s fascinating storytelling. In my mind, she is the plot queen. Seriously, she is one of my favorite paranormal authors, and she brings the sexy times. I know I mentioned her steamy writing a lot, but her scenes are amazing, and lots of it—just how I like it. Crab this book and the rest of the series if you enjoy passionate romance, off-the-charts chemistry, and shifters.Rating 4.8
