There’s nothing better than getting lost in a hot, steamy book… unless you’re sipping a glass (or two) of wine while reading it. Any more than that and you might miss the juicy parts. 🍷
Where It All Began…
Once upon a time (yes, I’m aging myself here), my romance journey started with Mills & Boon, KISS, and Photoromance Darling magazines. They were sweet and mild—compared to the fire I read now.
Back then, I devoured 4–5 books a week… and not much has changed. Thanks to Kindle freebies and my ever-growing digital TBR, I’m a happy one-click addict with a massive collection.
My Forever Obsession 🔥
After graduating from Harlequin Desire and Blaze, I discovered Johanna Lindsey, Cassie Edwards, and the iconic (moment of silence, please) Bertrice Small.
But it wasn’t until I stumbled into paranormal romance that I really lost all control. J.R. Ward and her Black Dagger Brotherhood ruined me—in the best possible way. 😍 While I waited for more of the Brothers, I fell headfirst into MC romances, contemporary, romantic suspense, and deliciously dirty erotica.
Then came M/M romance—and wow, what a discovery! Now I’m totally hooked. Authors like Ella Frank, Sloane Kennedy, Eden Finley, and Saxon James own my heart. Their alpha males, emotional heat, and sizzling chemistry? Chef’s kiss. 👏🏾🔥

Lora Leigh, Lara Adrian, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Gena Showalter, Nina Levine, Kim Grosso, Susan Wright, Patricia A. Rasey… I could go on forever. If there’s an alpha male and a spicy plot, I’m there.
