February 2020 TBR List

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone had a wonderful January filled with tons of reading.  I read exactly five books last month–one of which was a surprise from one of my favorite authors–Chiah Wilder, from her Night Rebel series.  That means I didn’t finish one book on my list, Bailey.  I finally finished The Chosen; what a great book??? So many things happened in the book…I have to read another Black Dagger Brotherhood this month.

This month I also have five books on my list.  As I mentioned, this year, I am playing catch up to my series…so far, so good…the five books on my to be read list for this month are:

Guts & Glory: Steel (In the Shadows Security Book 5)

Jeanne St. James

I love this series, and it will be good to see Diesel and Jewel and their girls.  This is Steel and Kat’s story. I really think that I’m going to really love this story.  I love MMA, and this story is about an MMA fighter–I can’t wait to get started.

Blood Fury: Black Dagger Legacy

J.R. Ward

Another book that I’ve had since release day, well, now is the month to read it.  This is Peyton’s and Novo’s story and Saxton and Ruhn, a new household member.  This book is second on my list this month.

The Darkest Assassin: A Lords of the Underworld Novella

Gena Showalter

The Darkest Assassin is going to be a nice read.  This is Fox, the demon-possessed heroine, who is possessed with the demon of distrust—this should be interesting.  Our hero is Bjorn, a winged assassin (a sent one).  Hopefully, I’ll get to see some more of the Sent Ones. I wish

Gena would continue with the Sent One’s Series–it started so well and then nothing…

Confessions: Bailey (Confessions Series Book 6)

Ella Frank

One of my favorite gay romance authors, I started this book.  I didn’t get a chance to finish the book last month because I had to read the little surprise book from Chiah Wilder, but I will certainly finish it this month.

The Darkest King: William’s Story (Lords of the Underworld Book 15)

Gena Showalter

OMG! How long have I waited for William’s story??? Too damn long, that’s for sure.  After the big surprise that Gilly was not his HEA, I was mad, but you know what? I trusted Gena Showalter to make it up to me, and she did, so now I know that I’ll love William’s book.  Release day is February 25th, so I will definitely start on release day.
