Loved Axel and Ellie together!

“A Gritty Bad Boy Romance”. Seriously, where is the grit, the bad boys? This is a MC Romance, but no motorcycles. They are always driving a bloody car.

After reading the first book, I really wanted to see if the second book is better and it was…but still not great! The main characters were likable and I kind of figured that Axel and Ellie would be together because of the chemistry between them in the first book—working side by side for so long…so romantic.

Again. this is a motorcycle club, correct? Where the hell are the motorcycles. This does not feel like a motorcycle club at all. They are just a bunch of friends playing bad guys. After reading two of the books in the series, and I am still waiting for the “GRITTY BAD BOYS”.

The “friends” fear Ryder. and I have yet to see why…nope not a gritty bad boy at all.

If you are looking for a real motorcycle club romance, this is not it. I like the book, but not as motorcycle club and there was no plot whatsoever. So, a rival club burn down their business, and Ryder and Axel took baseball bats to the rival and beat up some of the club members…that’s all the action I remembered in the entire book. Even the bad guys were not bad.

But the absolute worst part of the book is when instead of writing “I unbuckled Hanna from her booster seat, they wrote I unbuckled Ellie from her booster seat…so wait Ellie unbuckled herself from her booster seat. Hanna is the toddler!

Also, at one-point Ellie had big blue eyes, then green eyes! What the what?

I really hate that I am giving this review, but NO JUST NO!!
